Log into your Domain Management Tool account click on “Domain Management” and then on “Manage Domains.” From the list of domains, find the domain you want to unlock, then click the lock icon. This will give you the ability to lock, or unlock any of the domain names in your account.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to lock domains that are currently in “pending transfer” status. This will clear automatically, provided the transfer procedures of the gaining registrar are properly followed.
