AIT provides a free Form Processing Script (eform.pl) which requires that the actual email account be a local address on your server at AIT. This email account can be an actual POP mailbox account or an email alias/forward. In order for the email to be redirected to the external email address, an email alias must be created.
To learn how to create email pop accounts or email aliases in the SMT / cpanel, use the Customer Service Library search, or use the User’s Guides for the SMT. Make sure the alias created is the same recipient in your form to work.
