How do I add a mirror on AIT’s SMT 5.0?

Linux Fully Managed Accounts

  1. Login to your SMT 5.0
  2. Go to Web Services>Add>Add Mirror Virtual Host
  3. Just place the new domain name in the Domain Name field
  4. In the Mirror field, select the domain name you wish for your new domain name to point to
  5. Once completed hit the Add Mirror button
  6. This will create all the entries needed in the configuration files on the server. Remember if the domain name was just registered, it may not resolve until the domain name propagates which generally takes between 3 to 5 days.

Windows Fully Managed Accounts

  1. Login to your SMT 5.0
  2. Go to Web Services>Add> Add Virtual Host
  3. Contact AIT via it’s Trouble Ticket system in the Online Customer Care Center at https://order.aitcom.net/ and inform us which domain you want to have mirrored.
