How do I block mail using the IMAIL system on my Windows Fully Managed Plan?

To block mail using the IMAIL system, please do the following:

  1. Login to IMAIL for your domain. (//domain.com:8383/ or //mail.domain.com:8383).
  2. Click on the drop down menu on the top bar beside Help and Logout.
  3. Select the option “Domain Processing Rules”.
  4. From there setup the rules necessary to block or delete mail as necessary.
  5. More help on setting up Domain Processing Rules can be found by clicking on the Help link on the top bar next to Logout.
