How do I change my billing address, email address or phone number?

For Domain Registration Customers, you’ll do this through the Domain Management Tool:

1. Proceed to the DMT at https://dmt.aitdomains.com (or for Domain Resellers, proceed to https://yourname.nameservices.net)
2. Login with your username/password.
3. Click “Update Contact Information” under the “Account Management” menu at the top of the screen.
4. Update your contact information, and submit.

For Web Hosting Customers, you’ll do this through the Online Customer Care Center:

1. Login to the Online Customer Care Center at https://order.aitcom.net.
2. Login with your Customer/Registration number and your online billing password.
3. Once logged click on the “Change Customer Information” link on the left hand side of the screen under ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION.
4. Change the information as necessary and click submit.
