How do I fix the “No recipient addresses found in header” generated by MCart 2005, when using Mozilla based browsers (Firefox and Netscape)? | Advanced Internet Technologies

If you’re receiving this error message; “No recipient addresses found in header”, you’re getting this error message because required email addresses are missing from the Email Templates section of MCart 2005.

  1. Login into your MCart 2005 Administration Area
  2. Click on the grey button for Templates
  3. Now on the left-hand side menu bar, under “Email Templates Menu”, click on “Email Templates”
  4. Then under Email Templates, for the entire section of Emails to Merchant, you will click on each of the blue “Edit” buttons and insert the desired email address to use for “Recipient Email Address(es)” and “From/Reply-To Email Address”
  5. After doing this for each of these options under the Emails to Merchant area. Do a test order from your shopping cart using a Mozilla-based browser and the error message is now gone.
