How do I login to my Hosted Exchange account using Outlook Web Access (OWA)?

With every Hosted Exchange account AIT offers, there is also the ability to access email through Outlook Web Access or OWA. This option is a web based interface that resembles the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook.

To use OWA, do the following:

  1. Open a web browser, preferably Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to https://exchange.yourdomain.com/ where yourdomain.com is your domain name with AIT.
  3. You will be prompted for a username and password. Enter the username of your account as username@yourdomain.com and your password. BE SURE NOT TO INCLUDE ANY SPACES BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!
  4. Once you login, you will receive a brief SSL warning. We recommend you accept the certificate to ensure that your session is encrypted.
  5. Once logged in sucessfully, you will see the following screen:
