We do provide 3 additional IP addresses for free with our Self Managed dedicated servers. However, you do need to request them. You need to submit a support ticket requesting to have your additional IPs assigned to you by logging into your Online Customer Care Center at https://order.aitcom.net. We will then email the list to you, however it is your responsibility to setup the networking on the server.
