How do I recover items I have deleted from the deleted items folder in Outlook Web Access?

  1. Click on the shortcut button on the left side of the screen.
  2. Then click the Options shortcut. At the bottom of the options page, you have an option to view deleted items.
  3. Click the button labeled View Items.
  4. Locate the item you wish to restore and then click the Recover button.
  5. The item will be placed back into the deleted items folder.
  6. You can recover items that have been deleted up to 14 days prior.
