You will login to your SMT 5.0 and follow these steps:
For removing a POP account:
- Login to the SMT 6 accessed through ” My Account”.
- Click Mail Services
- Click Manage
- Click Manage Email Accounts
- Select the user name and click ‘Delete User’.
For removing a FTP account:
- Login to the SMT 5.0 accessed through your online customer care center.
- Click FTP Services
- Click Manage
- Click Manage FTP Accounts
- Select the user name and click ‘Delete User’.
