Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wp-expand-tabs-free domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. How do I update tickets in my Online Customer Care Center? | Advanced Internet Technologies

If you ever need to place a ticket, visit AIT.com and log into “My Account” (top of the page).

For hosting issues:

  • In the Left hand margin, click “Ticket Support” under the “Customer Service” heading.
  • Choose, “Submit ticket” to create a new ticket, or “View tickets” to see your history and/or add a comment.
  • Place request or insert update and click “Submit.”

For domains issues:

  • Navigate to “Domains Management”
  • Click on “Support (blue drop-down) > Contact Us > Ticket History.”
  • Choose, “Submit ticket” to create a new ticket, or “View tickets” to see your history and/or add a comment.
  • Place request or insert update and click “Submit.”

The ticket system is in place for ease and efficiency. Unlike emails to support@website-dev.ait.tools, each ticket has all of the account information embedded right in. This helps us know what accounts we are dealing so our team can best coordinate a swift response.

Reseller Note: As a reseller, you can have your customers add you as an authorized user to their account so you can login and submit trouble tickets directly. When you (or a customer) logs in at website-dev.ait.tools to “My Account,” there is an option on the bottom left menu to “Add Authorized User.” This will give you access to the support system.
