For web hosting plans, there can be several different types of transactions that you may see on your account.  When logged into the Online Customer Care Center , you will see transaction types on the statements, invoices, and transaction logs. The following are the most commonly used types:

  • ACH Payment: Processed by Cash Management – will take 24 HOURS to process from time of documentation.
  • CC Payment: A credit card payment.
  • Accelerated Contract : Used when closing or canceling a customer account and the customer is still under contract.
  • Disk Usage: the charge for the highest daily overage for the previous month.
