When typing an e-mail through the Imail interface you may get a disconnection and/or timeout notice. This is a built in aspect of IMAIL, meant to implement a level of security as well as controlling server resources (not maintaining an active connection). Server connection may time out when the server receives no requests from the user’s browser for up to 12 minutes. Users must still use the “LOG OUT” button to fully cancel the session and to avoid any problems on the server.
