Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wp-expand-tabs-free domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Why does webmail show a directory listing after installing for my Fully Managed Linux hosting account? | Advanced Internet Technologies

The new version of Webmail is a php based program. If you see a directory listing after installing webmail through your SMT 5.0 Linux cpanel, more than likely, the index.php is not an allowable file name.

To fix this, you can modify the httpd.conf file that is located in the /www/htdocs/ directory.

  1. Connect to your server using an FTP program and navigate to the /www/conf/ directory.
  2. Download the httpd.conf to your computer, as this will serve as a back up of this file just in case.
  3. Search for the following (without the quotes) “DIRECTORYINDEX”  The entry will look closely like the following: “DIRECTORYINDEX index.html homepage.html index.shtml homepage.shtml index.cgi homepage.cgi index.htm
  4. Add index.php  to the end of this line to where the entry will now look like: “DIRECTORYINDEX index.html homepage.html index.shtml homepage.shtml index.cgi homepage.cgi index.htm index.php
  5. Save the file and upload it to the server.  Next, on the web browser, refresh the webmail page.
