For Outlook Web Access, use the steps below to ensure you receive notification of new mail messages.

  1. Access Outlook Web Access by going to https://exchange.yourdomain.com
  2. ** Disregard any SSL warnings.
  3. Login to your email account.
  4. Access the folder list on the left.
  5. Ensure you are on the shortcut view.
  6. Click the options button.
  7. Ensure that a check mark is in the box labeled “Display A Notification Message When New Mail Arrives”.
  8. Click Save and Close at the top of the page.
