Why is AIT going to deactivate your FTP, SMTP and web server logging? The answer is simple. AIT has seen many customers, especially resellers, be unable to recoup the costs associated with going over your disk allocation. Thus, AIT wants to ensure your success and provide you with a way to manage your disk space, without FTP. In your control panel is a File Manager, which allows you to edit, and remove files from your Virtual Server. This will allow you to remove unnecessary logs, etc. that are causing the disk space overage from what you are allocated.

AIT also has an e-mail notification system that sends you a notice when you are approaching your disk space limit. This helps you avoid over usage charges, and assists you in managing your disk space.
We strongly recommend that you take the following steps IMMEDIATELY:
- Login to your SMT 5.0
- Input your email address to receive future notices, if you have not already done so.
- Run the Measure Disk Space option and rectify the disk overage, or near overage by using your file manager, also located in your control panel.
