This is common with virtual hosts and IP only accounts. Check the following first:
- Did you just add this account?
- Has the domain propagated?
- Are you using the IP to connect?
- Have you changed your srm.conf?If the above items are not the issue, then follow these steps next:
- FTP into the site
- Go to the directory /usr/local/etc/counter/conf/
- Download the count.cfg file in ASCII mode.
- Go to the last line in the count.cfg file and add the domain name of the virtual host (adding just the domain and on the next line add the www in front of the domain) and the IP address as needed.
- Upload the file again in ASCII mode.
The error will be gone if it was related to the count.cfg file.
